Yasmine Bleeth was born in New York on June 14, 1968. Her father Philip, a photographer, has Russian and German blood, while her mother Carina, a former model, had French and Algerian blood. No wonder she is such a stunning beauty. Yasmine Bleeth attended the United Nations International School in New York, where she studied in both English and French.
The diverse combination of her parents produced a head turning beauty in Yasmine Bleeth, and she started modeling at a very young age. Her first commercial was shot when she was just 10 months old, which was for a Johnson and Johnson’s baby shampoo. Her father also became her manager, and in 1974 she also starred in Candid Camera as a child. When she was 6 years old, she appeared in a Max Factor ad campaign. Yasmine Bleeth soon caught the eye of photographer Francesco Scavullo who earlier photographed her and her mother in his book, Scavullo Women.
