
Yasmine Bleeth was born in New York on June 14, 1968. Her father Philip, a photographer, has Russian and German blood, while her mother Carina, a former model, had French and Algerian blood. No wonder she is such a stunning beauty. Yasmine Bleeth attended the United Nations International School in New York, where she studied in both English and French.
The exotic combinations of her parents produced a head turning beauty in Yasmine Bleeth, and she started modeling at a very young age. Her first commercial was shot when she was just 10 months old, which was for a Johnson and Johnson’s baby shampoo. Her father also became her manager, and in 1974 she also starred in Candid Camera as a child. When she was 6 years old, she appeared in a Max Factor ad campaign. Yasmine Bleeth soon caught the eye of photographer Francesco Scavullo who photographed her and her mother in his book, Scavullo Women.
Yasmine Bleeth shot her first film, Hey Babe!, in 1980. She then moved on to the soap opera scene where she starred Ryan’s Hope at the age of 16, followed by One Life to Live. She was best known for her roles as Caroline Holden on the television series, Baywatch, alongside Pamela Anderson and Brooke Burns. She was a mainstay on the show, starring in Baywatch for 3 years. She became recognized as one of the best looking actresses in the world, earning her a spot in the 1995 edition of People Magazine’s 50 Most Beautiful People. In 1998 Yasmine Bleeth appeared in the comedy, Baseketball, and then went on to the television series Titans, in 2000.
